Since 2008 Schwanke Bros. Executive Search has stood for first class Executive Search service.

Our clients are well known German companies in both the mechanical and automotive industries.

Especially in the automotive industry we have a vast network in the e-mobility sector with OEMs and suppliers where we have searched and placed specialists in software, hardware, battery technology and other jobs.

At Working In Germany we offer a unique service to connect international specialists with these companies.

Steven

Steven B. Fashipe manages our North American office in Chicago and can look back on a long career in executive search. He, like most of the consultants at Gebrüder Schwanke, began his executive search career in the project management side. He conducted many technical search projects for a well-known German premium car manufacturer for a consultancy specializing in the automotive sector. He then built up the African business in Nigeria for an international consulting firm.

Lars

After gaining valuable experience with a successful stint at a well known executive search company that specialized in the automotive and finance sectors in Franfurt/Main, he founded Schwanke Bros./Gebruder Schwanke together with his brother and returned to his home town of Berlin. Lars lives in Berlin, he is married and has one daughter.

Niels

During his studies he gained firsthand experience within the executive search sector. After completing of his legal studies he then worked at one of the top ten executive search firms in Germany. In 2008, together with his brother, he founded the Schwanke Bros./Gebrüder Schwanke with the objective of offering exceptional quality within the executive search sector.
